Arbitration, under the Law that regulates it, is the legal vehicle created to solve frequent problems in an efficient manner, that is, by means of a quick, easy and affordable process, governed by the principles guarantees of justice: equal treatment, fair hearing and right to contest.
The Asociación Europea de Arbitraje (AEADE) has been capable of offering a genuine answer to all these demands of society under the premise that Justice can only be fair if it is carried out without unnecessary delays and at the least possible expense.
This is only possible by ensuring a firm commitment to time-keeping, minimising costs and bringing the arbitration process closer to the parties, always guaranteeing the impartiality of the Arbitrators and the equality between the parties.
AEADE thus deems its field of action in justice to be a valued and necessary good in a society as dynamic as ours. At the same time, the Association works, acts and looks to the justice of the future, that, inevitably, must rely on new technologies. AEADE carries out these activities, while assuming its social and ethical mission by collaborating actively in humanitarian actions and with entities such as “Ayuda en Acción”, “Anesvad”, “Misión de China” and “Acción contra el Hambre”.
