AEADE arbitration

AEADE arbitration is social, generalised and applicable to any economic sector. The Association’s arbitration system is currently operating in sectors as diverse as: telecommunications, finance, education, tourism, food, publishing, real estate, etc.
Features of AEADE arbitration
  • Quick: Awards are pronounced in an average period of between 30 and 35 days from the date of acceptance of the arbitrator, and given that it is carried out in writing, there is no need for the parties to appear.
     
  • Affordable: AEADE only requests provision of funds for part of its fees. As a general rule, the party found at fault pays the arbitration costs, and if applicable, the execution costs. No lawyer or attorney fees are applied.
  • Efficient: The arbitration award is executed judicially, just like a legal ruling.
  • Bilateral: Any of the parties may request arbitration in order to defend their rights.
  • Flexible: The parties have the possibility of reaching agreements during the arbitration proceedings.
  • Independent/Impartial: Both AEADE and the arbitrators act independently and impartially.
  • Confidential: All arbitration proceedings dealt with are entirely confidential.
