An Arbitration Procedure comprises the following steps:

Should the party found at fault in the award not issue payment and not respect the arbitrator’s decision, the successful party may request legal enforcement of the award with a lawyer and attorney.
Through the legal enforcement of the award proceedings, the party found at fault must pay the debts owed. Failure to do so will result in the seizure of goods of sufficient value to cover the debt amount.
