In order to initiate arbitration proceedings you must provide AEADE with:
|
- Request form for arbitration proceedings, provided free of charge by AEADE
- Original copy of the contract between the two parties.
- If applicable, arbitration agreement annexed to the contract.
- All and any documents providing proof of non-compliance.
- Any other relevant documents that can be provided, such as photocopies of Identity Document, deeds, bank statements, etc.
- Cheque made out to AEADE or proof of transfer corresponding to the expenses and costs, according to the tables.
