Arbitration clause for international arbitration administered by the European Association of Arbitration (Asociación Europea de Arbitraje), Aeade

“Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration under the Uncitral Arbitration Rules in accordance with the Aeade Procedures for the Administration of International Arbitration in force at the date of the claim is filed at Aeade’s Register.
* There shall be only one arbitrator and the language(s) to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.”

Note: This sentence must be amended if a panel of three arbitrators is required.

Cláusula arbitral para arbitraje internacional administrado por la Asociación Europea de Arbitraje

“Toda disputa, controversia o reclamación resultantes de la interpretación o ejecución del presente contrato será resuelta por arbitraje bajo las reglas de arbitraje Uncitral de acuerdo con el reglamento de Aeade vigente a la presentación de la solicitud de arbitraje en el Registro de AEADE.
*Habrá sólo un árbitro y el idioma utilizado en el procedimiento será el inglés.”

Nota: Esta frase debe ser modificada si las partes solicitan que sea un Colegio Arbitral.
