  • A non-profit institution that is dedicated to its social commitment of establishing an authentic arbitration culture. Firm belief that arbitration and mediation are valid and legitimat options for the effective solution of conflicts within the confines of the Law.
  • A unique arbitration body with its own Guarantee and Appointment Committee that monitors the ethical and professional competence of arbitrators assigned to each case.
  • Given the sheer diversity of arbitration proceedings handled by the Association, one of its key values is to be an effective school for young arbitrators wishing to begin working in the field of arbitration.
  • Independence, especially since this is an organisation with no links to any collective associations, committees or other interest groups.
